The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the must-see sights. We also loved the neat and efficient air-conditioning in the room - it helped us escape the hot weather outside.
Our room was quite small, and the noise from the lobby could be heard at all hours, making it difficult to sleep. the bathroom door creaked loudly every time it was opened or closed, waking us up several times during the night.

Super easy and fast check-in process. The staff was lovely and very welcoming. The hotel is situated in a prime location, which made it convenient to move around the city. The air conditioning system was top-notch and kept the room cool all the time. The lobby looked amazing and had a grand entrance - it felt welcoming.
The room was significantly smaller than expected, and the noise level from the lobby was unbearable. We could hear everything that was happening outside of the room, and we barely had any sleep.
